HA! This is amusing on a few levels now. I guess they will print the name of a sexual assault victim if that victim is an illegal hey? I bet the kid's parents actually live in Mexico still, he was probably living with some extended family illegaly here in the US. Well, at least now he is back where he belongs.

This is funny enough to laugh out loud over. The wet back got his jollies tickeled in the States, then has to run back over the border to avoid getting caught. Once there, he cannot get back to Lexington to brag to the other guys in the locker room. Only in America, huh?

Ugh.. I'm sorry to have to be harsh, but after looking at her pic, it just screams: desperate for attention. This kid is probably the only piece of @$$ she's ever had or ever will. That, or it was just too easy. Desperation will make some women resort to crazy sh!t.

Did anybody else catch that Peterson, age 25, had an 8 year old daughter? That means mom was at most 17 at the time. Seems Peterson doesn't have emotional maturity to me.

You people

are terrible. What if the young lad has been traumatized by having sex with an adult?

Oh, I guess not. "It happened maybe twice, I think."

Update 6

"Boy Who Fled Country With Teacher May Get Visa to Return to U.S.

OMAHA, Nebraska — A 13-year-old illegal immigrant who fled to his native Mexico amid a sex scandal with his schoolteacher could be eligible to return to the United States under a new visa the U.S. government started granting the week before he disappeared.

The visa helps illegal immigrants who are victims of sex crimes. If the boy, who spent most of his life in Nebraska, qualifies, he could stay legally in the United States for four years and eventually apply for permanent residency. It also would extend temporary residency to his parents and his unmarried siblings under 18, if they applied for it.

"It's a win-win," U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services spokeswoman Marilu Cabrera said of the so-called "U" visa. "It helps us and law enforcement be able to solve a crime, and it certainly helps the individual who is a victim of a crime."
