A 42-year-old Pueblo man who died in a scooter crash on Christmas Day was accused as a teenager of necrophilia on the corpse of a woman who was strangled.

This guy somehow got loose from a mental hospital where he was committed for strangling a woman , then having sex with her ,and returning next day for more of the same.

I bet he didnt have a license to operate the scooter either.

This guy has been in a State Institution since he was 16 (25 years) for strangling a teacher and twice raping her dead corpse? That is majorly sick! They never did explain what he was doing out on a scooter except to say he had on an ankle monitoring bracelet. They also said he had ben trying to get released since the 1990's Wonder why he never got retried? Guess for the same reason he didn't get released - they didn't think he was well enough still.
