Well if this was NY I could tell you all of a good lady the day our house was listed was the day it sold and we were shocked that it had sold that fast.

Joe Vankirk helped us buy two properties...I think he is Long and Foster. Joe is the only one that I have dealt with over the years that was completely accessible and reachable. PLUS he would hand deliver papers for signature to our home or office. Really helpful and GOOD!

I've known Joe personally for many, many years. He also assisted my when I bought my home and then helped my best friend with hers. Super nice guy.

I am looking to buy. Where is your house?

Things that I look for when buying a house.

1. Good Price
2. Amount of space
3. Nice Yard
4. Neighbors that keep up their house and yard
5. Do I have to change the flooring or paint?
6. Does it have a recently updated kitchen ?
7. Is the kitchen big or small?

In my opinion if a house is cluttered it makes the house and rooms look small. There is a lot of competition right now so you have to make your house look ready to move in. Good Luck.

My yard looks like shat right now because my hubby and I have been busy working that we haven't had time to do our yard work.. Lets add the fact our lawn mower bit the dust and we need to get a new one. You know it is bad when your neighbor comes over and ask if you can cut your grass.!! Last year my yard was well manicure. I spent a lot of money for my yard. I just haven't got a chance to get to my yard. Those damn weeds are taking over!!!! I just need to hire someone to do my yard work myself.
OK now as far as in realtor Call Londa Litten at home town realtor. She is really good and knows a lot of people. She has a lot of clients looking for houses down this way as well. Londa is a very sweet person who is very trust worthy and hard working. She is my sister in law.
