The fear of Smell
We just purchased a large pack of fresh corn on the cob at BJ's... wrapped them in tinfoil and smoothered in spray butter... grilled the puppies and yum yum... tender and so delicious. We haven't had much luck with tender sweet corn at markets and roadside... can't beat the packs in BJ's... imho!
I'm from central PA and one of the dutch meals we use to make alot was chicken corn soup... awesome! if you know how to make it. Perhaps you can find the recipe thru google.
