I think Kain and Dowhats answers are best. The Mouse trap idea would be youtube worthy and although I don't advocate antifreeze, killing the little bugger and sending it to doggie heaven works for me. Actually killing it doesn't but I have never seen this side of kain and kinda digging it!!!

I like this idea. Does no harm but it seems like it would get the point across.
To be honest with you, I'm afraid Archer would seriously hurt the dog and leave me with a lawsuit. Only time I have ever seen him be aggressive with another dog is when this one comes around. Deep guttural growl, hackles raised, the whole nine. When the dog leaves, he's back to his normal personality. Plus, my dogs stay in the fence so they can only go so far to run the nuisance off.
As for me shooing the dog, been there and done that with no effect.
Cowgirl, I also an going to implement the chicken wire strategy. It's a good idea and one that I hadn't thought of. Thanks.
And, honestly, Min Pins aren't usually that aggressive; you could toss it back onto its own side if the above idea doesn't work alone (or punt it
).I've tried something similar to that. I didn't use their porch but I scooped and bagged their dogs crap, handed it back to them and said "Your dog left this in my yard." They looked at me like I was crazy.

If you catch her, animal control will not pick her up if she's caught by you. They will only catch stray animals. At least that's my understanding. Mail them brochures on the leash law and parasites dogs carry that are contagious to humans along with a letter asking them to keep their dog at home.
