Need Help Identifying a Song

When I was growing up, my dad held onto his old 45s and played them. Way uncool at the time, but it gave me an appreciation for some of the greats that I'm thankful for today.

Anywho, there's one song I *think* was song by Al Simon but I'm not positive and I can't find the song.

Goes something similar to:

I like the greens of summer
I love to take photographs
Momma don't take my kodakom away

Can you give me the info on that song so I can find it and download it?

Oh and what's a "kodakom"? Is it a Kodak camera?

That came out in 72,73..honestly thought 45s were gone by then.

Okay maybe it was a 33 lp. But I know I heard it from my dad, and all his music was on vinyl. He had this monster cabinet that held the tiny little record player. It was so embarrassing as a kid to have the record boxes and the record racks and this old dinosaur record player sitting out for my friends to see, and even worse :shudder: to be forced to listen to it. But what I wouldn't give today to still have all that stuff.

I still have my turntable, and a bunch of vinyl, 33s. Just never got rid of it.

I'm pretty sure I had it on 45. May even still have the darn thing somewhere in a box!!!
