If you are looking for an oriental flair try sauting the chicken and veggies in dark sesame oil. It is so flavorful that you will only need a touch of it and then drizzle on some soy sauce with brown rice. it will be yummy.
Also check at foodlion they have the Iron Chef sauces I cook the chicken like i said above and then pour 1/4 cup of that sauce in a bowl w/ a bit of water to thin it and toss with chicken and veggies. the kids eat it up it is healthier and cheaper than ordering chinese food.
That sounds good. Think I'll try it this weekend.lovinmaryland said:If you are looking for an oriental flair try sauting the chicken and veggies in dark sesame oil. It is so flavorful that you will only need a touch of it and then drizzle on some soy sauce with brown rice. it will be yummy.

I typically use some spices and make a dry rub, usually turns out so no sauces are needed, sometimes I use a light Ranch DressingPasofever said:Still doing very well on my diet...I got boneless chicken breast (I eat daily) and some fresh broccoli..I want to do chicken and broccoli tonight what kind of low fat/calorie sauce can I put on it?
