Need ringtone help

I am trying to get the theme from 24 as a ringtone on my cingular phone. I checked the cingular website, no luck. When I google it I get site that want me to join a plan. Where can I find this?

Does your phone have a recording feature, where you can record voice reminders and stuff like that?

If so, find the 24 theme on the internet somewhere, record it to your phone, then set it as a ringtone.
