They did ours as well and we were happy with them. Tank covers were about 3 feet down so lots of digging initially, but we had them put extender rings on so the cover will only be about 6" down now.
They did make a mistake on the first sounding for the covers and dug a hole where one did not need to be, but it really is not that big of a deal as I need to throw some topsoil and seed down anyway.

Glover's Septic Services are the best
I called them yesterday at 5:00 PM, a very nice lady answered and scheduled me for next day. They came on time, dug and found the tank clean out hole, did their business. They charge $250 to pump and $50 per foot to dig. They let me use a $25 coupon from their web site.
Mr Glover gave me a break charging for about half of the footage they dug for a total of $325 only.
Thank you Mr Glover, fantastic, prompt, professional and reasonable service. I will be recommending / calling Glover' Septic only from now on. Call them @ 1-800-979-0013 and check out their great web site too,
