Need some fundraising idea's

A friend of mine at work did this for her daughters travel team. They have different fundraisers for different sports seasons. No out of pocket expense (from what she said). You can sell hard tickets or online and the profit is great. She did Nascarmania - tix were $20 each and you go a card with 10 races - each race had 3 drivers. The top points each week was $500 payout as well as a 2nd and 3rd place. Lowest points each week won $50 then at the end of 10 weeks, the overall top and lowest scores won additonal prize money. You can probably do it for football season. If you do, let me know, I'll buy a few!
