Keep Calm and Don't Care!
I have a UPS that I'm trying to get rid of. It's nothing high end but it's great for home use. It's a CyberPower, kept my high-power desktop and LCD monitor running for at least two hours during power outages. This is just setting in my car and hasn't been used for years so this I can give away for free... I did test it last week and it still works like new.
Also, if you're looking for a laptop, let me know. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Y510 that I'm willing to sell for $150 + cost of part needed to fix it (it will probably run $200-$250 afterwards but still a good buy).
I also have a DELL laptop, it's a little on the slow side running Windows XP SP3 but the RAM can be upgraded. Battery life is great so it would be a good laptop for someone going to school. If you're interested, let me know what you'd be willing to pay.
(I am not getting rid of both laptops though, as I'll still need one in case my new laptop hits the fan)
Other things I have: Digital converter box (won't need this since my TV is digital HD), Kodak digital camera which is kind of beat up but it still works (I'm getting rid of this because I use my iPhone for damn near everything now).
