We'll never find out unless it goes to trial. The lawyer isn't going to admit that he actually took part in a flame war, or even started it. He's going to say it was an unprovoked attack, just like everyone else does.
We've had them on here that get called a dork or something, so they respond by calling the other person a ######-######, then complain that I deleted their post but not the other person's.
