If the new neighbors didn't let their dogs crap in our yard, we wouldn't have mowed our lawn and stirred up all that dust right after they washed all 5 of their vehicles.

I'll show them. Now I have a big dog.

Don't talk about Zee like that. :smack:

Be the bigger man and politely ask the father to have her move her slide. If they don't respond neighborly to that, then call the police and not worry about them.

This weekend my son was riding his four wheeler in our yard. Our neighbors daughter (age: early 20's) stopped him and told him to stop riding it because it was putting dust on her car. So of course he comes and tell us. My husband goes over there and she immediatly starts yelling at him..."tell your M...F... son to stop riding his four wheeler over here". My husband was extremely mad. He told her that it was none of her business...we were on our property, not theirs. Her father comes outside and walks up to my husband and says.."she's just a kid...I'll talk to you later". Just a kid...she's 20 some years old. So, we put the four wheeler away. Look next door and she's pulling a Little Tikes slide and sits it where my son was riding his fourwheeler...on our property. My husband told my son to take his four wheeler and push it out the way and keep riding. I told him to just leave it alone. Now my son doesn't want to ride anymore because he's afraid of someone saying something to him again. Why do people have to cause so much trouble?????

I know it's your property but how large is your property for 4 wheelin? It is your right to use your property as you see fit however if the vehicle is making alot of dust and getting her car(neighbors property) dirty then perhaps you guys should come to a compromise. Maybe he can ride the 4-wheeler less close to their property as they do have a right to a good quality of life where they live as well as you do. Neighvors can do things on their property that can make their neighbors miserable. Good luck!

If I owned a car and the kid nextdoor decided to kick dirt all over it with his 4 wheeler id go have a talk with his parents. Why don't you take it to a track?

My driveway is about 700 feet long and is on a right of way through another proerty. It is bank run or gravel.. This weekend two of the neighbors kids were riding 4 wheelers on it. I'm Ok with them riding on it but I left home the next day and I saw where they were doing doughnuts so I need to say something. Is it "mine" since it is on a right of way through their property?

Well thats a tough one Dukesdad, I personally would have done doughnuts in my car to show them how its done. Then I would laugh when they wipe out on the huge ruts my cars tires would leave.
