What does this mean? How can something be neither here nor there? If that was true it would be nothing. Then again, there really is no such thing as nothing, at least no one has seen any, so it must be something which would mean it has to be somewhere. So where is it? Everywhere? I would think it to be impossible to be everywhere at once.

Actually its there but you can't see it unless you hit it with a light spectrum, but once you hit it, it will not be there anymore.
