We do. My only complaint is screen resolution. Not everything is available for streaming, obviously, but the selection seems to be getting better.

I use a Western Digital media player which has a network connection. It can play Netflix and YouTube videos. The connection to the TV is 1080p HDMI, but the quality of the picture never gets better than 480p, and lower if you have a slow Internet connection. I think that's all you can expect with today's hardware, unless you have FIOS.

I've been looking at a Roku player, dumping cable and increasing my DSL from 1 to 2 meg

They claim 720p to 1080p resolution

IIRC in small print on the Roku website they recommend 5mbps for 1080p

:yeahthat: I looked into this earlier this year and noticed that also...

Kwillia,

I do and I have zero issues or complaints, but the picture would have to be really distorted for me to notice, just not that picky maybe? But then again, I am one of those few people who cannot see the difference between SD and HDTV ... nor can I hear the difference between AM and FM... Anyway, Netflix is a great deal... I think the 1 out at a time with unlimited streaming is only $10.00 a month. If you hate it, cancel.
