yea me and my friend have been riding with blankets alot too...today my mare had an attitude prob. n tried to kick her pony and she fell off lol it was funny only because it didnt hurt because of the snow hahaha...but when the snow melts a little me and my friends are deff going to camp accomplish to ride in their indoor for sure

I just shoveled a path in the round pen so at least I could ride

We've been riding in the snow, the horses are frisky, ~the Ice is a little trickier~
Bareback will keep you warm for a while (unless your horse sweats), long-johns are a must....... wear warm socks tho, cause your toe-sey's will get cold after a while (about 2 1/2 hours and I was done).
OH yeah lots of coffee or hot cocoa before and after!!!!!!
