Noticed this morning a new building going up behind behind the Chesapeake Church. Church hall or seminary?

I can’t answer the question posed by the OP but I can add to the questions- why the large paved lot behind Lexington Park Ford? The can’t imagine the dealership will ever fill it with new/used cars.

Oh yeah one more thing - new vape shop opening where the Foot Locker was in LP City.

Hopefully it’s to unload the cars instead of just parking the transport truck in the right turn lane for the afternoon.
