as of December, Pat still owned/ran the one in Lex Park b/c i ordered platters from him...

Like I said thats just what I was told, I guess its not true.......

That building in Hollywood has had like 3 or 4 different seafood place in it right? Good location?

The owner of the building in Hollywood has stayed the same, he just leases it out. I hope Pat does well there.
