New Gym in San Souci

Has anyone noticed what brand the equipment is? LifeCircuit, Nautilus, etc?

Hammerstrength is the weights.

And I am not sure about the cardio.

I joined! Lifefitness circuit - lifefitness cardio equipment and hammer strength free weights and lots of free weights.

The place is great. I was worried there would be a bunch of "muscle heads" screaming and taking over the place. However - its a family gym. Really nice members. I went this afternoon and it was GREAT!

Would you mind disclosing the membership fee?Is it yearly or monthly?

Its all weird........if you have 5 people where you work - you can join under the "corporate" memberships. You also have student memberships, senior memberships and some others. I can't really remember.

I joined for $99 for 3 months for the student membership. Its well worth it. I have been to so many other gyms that are crowded, loud, obnoxious members. This place is great.

Me too - today! I love the place and can't say enough good things about Maximum Fitness. The facility is huge, it's clean a very well organized. The machines are not close together, so there is plenty of "elbow" room. I give it many !

Then afterwards you can come into SFW and look for some nice cold water. Just make sure you wear a white sweaty shirt.
