new hair Cuttery in Charlotte hall

Went to the new Hair Cuttery in Charlotte hall over the weekend and got probably the worst haircut of my life. Service was very poor also, These girls acted like they were very inexperienced maybe newly out of beauty school.
Has anyone else been there yet? Where is a good place to get your haircut and highlighted i obviously wont be going back there again

Yikes! A bad haircut is still a bad haircut and only $10.00 I was hoping they had gotten better. I had been going to Unique Chic in Charlotte Hall. Guess I'll keep going there. Thanks
