I share your hope, but won't be holding my breath waiting for it to happen. I don't believe that Gov-elect Hogan is going to expend much political coin on pushing to change FSA-2013. OTOH, he does have a very easy path to pseudo shall issue by simply defining his wishes to his Superintendent of MSP. I'm a bit more optimistic for that one, but would not bet a plug nickel on it, either.

Indeed. We shall see. I had resisted getting my HQL because I don't need it to purchase, but will need it IF we get a form of shall issue.
