Great another yucky Monterey wanna be mexican restaurant! And they are also building a mexico restaurant across the street in the walgreens shopping center. Makes no sense! I was happy with the rumors of it being a olive garden but I guess that was really wishful thinking!

I agree, Moes is pretty good. They'll even give you an extra scoop of stuff if you ask. But, really, how many mex/tex places can one place handle. The new plaza will be the s.o.s. Mex place, Chinese place, hair place, dollar store, Starbucks, probably a real estate place, liquor place, a theme restaruant or two, pizza place.

REALLY!!! I like Mexican food but I sure do wish the Olive Garden rumor was true! But I know it's not!

I talked to a person who processed the loan application for OG. My wife talked to someone who will be building it behind the Walgreen's.

That would be awesome! We need something different like an olive garden! Kind of sick of mexican and chinese! Even though I really enjoy those two types of foods It would be nice for a variety!

Did you actually read the sign or are you going off what you heard? The sign says "Mexico" like the one in H'town. Granted, it's still another pre-made tex-mex type place that we don't need.
