If the government wants to punish risky behavior, not getting the jab is way down on the list of things it should be looking at. I stated that there was no constitutional guarantee to employment or schooling. You responded "Yes there is, here is the 14th amendment." I then asked you to provide a court ruling citing the 14th amendment as a source for the right to schooling and employment. You posted a link to the full 14th amendment. I asked again for the ruling backing up your claim. You demanded I answer your question which I did and then I asked for a 3rd time for the ruling. You then stated "The 14A doesn't need a legal ruling to be part of our US Constitution."

Thanks for the article. although it does address the use of the 14th with regards to non-segregation, public vs. private schooling rights, teacher employment, and freedom of speech rights, it does not say that anyone has the Constitutionally protected right to schooling.
