You're misunderstanding. I don't advocate in support of mandatory jabs. I myself am not jabbed, but will do so voluntarily soon enough as I travel internationally for work. My work has been sidelined for a bit thanks to Trump's tariffs, but ramping back up soon. If I weren't working, I'd be traveling voluntarily for leisure, so either way my jab will be voluntary. If them's the rules to get into a country, then them's the rules.

These folks are voluntarily losing their jobs. It's that simple. I haven't been privy to reading any legal complaints about this yet, but will be curious to see the legal angle when some are inevitably filed. Some of the federal ones might have success due to APA violations, but not likely any constitutional or labor law types of violations.

By definition, that is NOT voluntarily getting the vaccine.. if x (vaccine) is REQUIRED for you to do y (travel) and you want or have to do y.. then that is NOT voluntary.

I’m thinking of the states, companies and federal government. They lost the lawsuits filed by the military members over the anthrax vaccine when it finally got to the top of the federal courts.

My point was, if it was able to be overturned for military service members it certainly should be beyond the scope for ordinary citizens.

Both my nephew (Army Infantry Officer) and son a Marine NCO were both given the option with the Covid shots. Nephew did it right away and my son after a Battalion meeting that stated future deployments and promotions could be put on hold if shots were not taken.
About 90% got the shots. I would bet after the antrax shot why worry.

100% WRONG. Crossing another nation's border is not a natural right and is voluntary. As such, you will need to play by their rules. It matters not if it's for my job or for leisure. I have no idea what is so difficult to grasp about voluntary arrangements.
