Do you like apples?
That sucks, he always came across as a very nice guy, RIP.

I agree. He always seemed to be a good guy and role model for other players.

Don't be surprised when they start talkin about the impact of head injuries/concussions on NFL players and how it affects them post NFL.

Wow horrible! Met him several times while living in San Diego, he was very friendly. That is just terrible. RIP Jr.

Never heard of him.

Don't watch alot of sports huh?

It will take awhile to tell, but I hope it's not another football player aging with brain damage from concussions.....this is starting to be a startling trend with retired and aging football players....

But Junior was one of the good guys....:buddies:

I don't watch professional sports of any kind. They are all a bunch of overpaid prima donnas.

So why even comment at all????

There is a new group of rickety old men who want nothing more than to tell us all why they hate those new fangled whilly dingers and back in their day all they needed was a push scooter and some sassafrass to have a good time, and damnit that's the way it should have been....

Is it ok to assume that's why it was a self-inflicted wound to the chest instead of the head? So they can study his brain?

They call me ... Sarcasmo
:yeahthat: forgive me for not recalling but an NFL player did that a year or so ago.

Dave Duerson ex-Chicago Bear. He killed himself the same way to spare his brain for further study. It's a damned shame that these guys kill themselves but have the forethought to do it in a way that may shed light on theirs and possibly others post football injuries.
