Niagara Falls

Oh yeah... Elle... I got each of my kids a Maryland ID from the MVA. It's pictorial proof of citizenship validated by the state of Maryland. It came in handy while crossing the border and while boarding the plane when we flew to Vegas. $5 a piece. Took no time to do at the Lovevile MVA (I love that place!) You can find all the info you need on the MVA website.

I don't remember if we got one of these before the cruise or not I’m thinking we did but it's not in my wallet so I don’t know. For the price I think I'll get one for him. Thanks for the tip.

Was the KOA nice???
Yes, it was pretty nice and the people that run it are super. My only beef was that they didn't have wireless internet and you had to go plug in in the game room.

There was one campground we stayed at in PA on the way back that was a vacation in itself - we could have stayed there for several days. I can't remember the name of it, but if I do, I'll post it.

My 16 year old is playing a fastpitch softball tournament in Montreal in July. Coach (he went last year) told us U.S. birth certificates are required to cross the Canadian border in a vehicle. If flying, you need passport.

All you need is a photo Id. I went in April and they didn't even check my ID when I drove into Canada, On the way back they check the drivers licences of everyone in the car and asked us a few questions that was it.

They asked me were I was born. Then they asked me what I did for a living. When I told them that I'm a Ninja and chop peaples heads off for fun they let me go immediatly.
