Nice day for a ride

So out I go. Seems strange to look down on the creeks and see ice. At least for me, who likes 50 degrees for a ride.

Got to put the bike on the lift and change oil and filter, and gear oil. One of my wintertime chores I haven't gotten around to doing yet.

I bowl overhand
Today was chicken and duck care, and Super Bowl day.. cleaned the coop, the nests, added multiple roosting bars, got the 6 inch thick plate of ice out of the duck pond so they could swim. Then did some shooting with the BILs.. did some .45, .40, .410, .22 and very few 5.56..

Then watched the Superbowl and played some pool..

We had a delivery to make yesterday in Essex so, we circled the entire Baltimore beltway, going across the Key going and back home the other way. Not too many bikes on the beltway but, a TON of them heading that way and coming back on 70 and here in town. Saw a group of 'bob'ers' (BMW riders wearing day glo and so much gear they look like the Michelin man) passing through Middletown heading down towards Harpers Ferry and the REALLY messy roads. Saw a Mini Cooper club go past. We lost count at 20. First time I'd seen a convertible.

Lotta ice on the bay, more than I can remember, going across the Key.

PSA: It is $4 to go across the FSKey bridge in a pickup. Add $8 if you are pulling a trailer. :yikes:
