Honestly, I don't think they know what the hell "gives" you cancer. It changes every few years. Supposedly smoking "causes" cancer, but we all know people who smoke like Turks and are perfectly healthy, while the one who's never smoked a day in their life gets the C. For awhile grilled foods were supposed to give you cancer, and I remember as a kid the big scare that licking postage stamps caused cancer.

The two healthiest people I've ever known - physically fit, active, strict good eaters, little to no alcohol, certainly no smoking - one is dealing with cancer now and the other died of heart failure a few years ago. Meanwhile my drunken overweight hotdog eating smoker ass in in the pink. Go figure.

Women also take less risk, and avoid situations that cause increase in stress. Their employment choices are also less stressful and more casual. I was on my 40' high roof today replacing missing shingles, not my wife!!!

Ya know, this comment got me to thinking. If, big if, if it is true that men are coming down, by going down, with higher incidences of oral cancers, why is it lesbians don't have higher incidences as well? And I'm not falling for the claims that women have a better defense for it. If that was the case then the HPV vaccine wouldn't be needed, now would it?

Exactly right. My son was on free health insurance when he was not doing well. Now, he works nights at Giant, and doesn’t qualify for insurance until 18 months, but doesn't qualify for Obamacare, Medicare, or nothing because he’s making 20,000 a year now. Because he stocks at night, he now has a hernia, which we all know requires surgery, but he can’t see a doc cuz he is not covered anymore. And, as his parents who worked all our lives, now are paying through the butt, too, for insurance, cuz hub retired early, and USBank changed their policies. And, dot works for Grainger, and just had her second child, and their premium is through the roof. At, this point, insurance is a joke. Thank you Obama and brain dead Pelosi.

Oh, I forgot to say #### you, Obama. I can say that now without threatening a president. And, his health care and guards are still being paid by our gov. Again, #### you Obama. Can you tell I am angry? :lol:
