I was manager for the Pizza Hut in Lexpk about six years ago and I have bartended for the last five. It is unsanitary to come in to a public, food serving establisment with out a shirt and shoes ( and pants dont forget the pants please!!) . I am certain there is a Health Department standard on that, but I can't remember what it says exactly.
I don't care if it's 100 degrees in side my bar. Anyone! , comes in there with out a shirt will not be served or even allowed to sit. No one wants to see that, it's (usually) gross!!!
Now if he is sexy adn wants to come cut my grass or wash my car or paint my kitchen. "Please, don't go getting overheated, take that hot t-shirt off, lemme get you a beer."
