Love venison. Never had MOOse. Take the venison tenderloin, marinade in terriyaki, flour, and fry in skillet. Don't fry it long. Venison cooks very fast.
My cat will be displeased upon hearing about this.
Where'd you get that moose?I have tasted venison every way it can possibly be cooked, and I don't like it. I had moose one time, and I know I'd eat it again.
Where'd you get that moose?
Been invited to go Moose hunting out west.
I didn't say mouse hunting! My cat, living out West...of you...will be REALLY displeased about THAT.

You should try it that way
That's what everyone has said, and so I've tried it, over and over. I'm through trying it. If something has to be tried over and over, or cooked a certain way, it's really not worth my time. If I can't just eat a slab of the meat, why should I bother with hundreds of recipes?
don't give up.
Why? Because it is healthier for you as it contains less saturated and total fat. Why? It's not like there's nothing else to eat.
