No to Venison...

 People love it or hate it, I guess.

I have had it twice, completely different ways. First was a VA deer hunted by my uncle, grilled fresh as small steaks. Second was from a farm in NH, frozen, and put in a pasta dish. I enjoyed it both times. :yay:

People going back and forth, back and forth over taste - a word which is, by its basic definition, subjective.

Only because people insist if you try something enough times you'll like it.

Bison/Buffalo-liked it the first time I tried it.
Ostrich-liked it the first time I tried it.
Sushi-liked it the first time I tried it.
Moose-liked it the first time I tried it.
Venison-Have tried it dozens of ways over the years, and I have never liked it.

That's what everyone has said, and so I've tried it, over and over. I'm through trying it. If something has to be tried over and over, or cooked a certain way, it's really not worth my time. If I can't just eat a slab of the meat, why should I bother with hundreds of recipes?

But dont those venison tamales look good. How about instead of trying all the recipes I just bring you a few lol I can steal them from the bag I have set aside for Jameo :jet:
