I'm referring to his "I know some". I think he is full of it that he personally knows *any* trannies from the military. In all of my 58 years alive - with a father, brother, ex-husband, and 4 brothers-in-law, all of whom retired with 20 years military service - as well as friends too numerous to count l- not to mention a fiance who was in the military - not one of them ever mentioned knowing a person (male or female) who was a tranny. Even FHs father, who was in the intelligence field back some 30-40 years ago only tells stories of having investigated a couple. That is not a high percentage at all.
They are not too common. (Or commonly known.)

Actually, that's what insubordination sounds like. Imagine, if you will, when Obama ordered transgendered people be allowed into the military if one of the generals or admirals had said, "the [insert branch here] will not break faith with the cisgendered members by allowing this". Because you disagree with that sentiment, I suspect you would not find that "leadership". "Leadership" is not saying what you want to hear, and it is not being insubordinate to your superiors.

Sounds to me like this Coast Guard person just announced his intention to leave the Coast Guard.
