I actually talked to the cops in sheetz one night about this. I have an SQL vehicle in the works and i didnt want to rack up some fines if i had it up to loud. But you wont be able to hear it after i put the sound deadener in the car. As for what he said the fine can range from 100-500 and it cant be heard from a range of more than 100ft.

I'll try this approach. I just don't want to be out of line, I guess.

I used to throw smoke bombs out on whichever side the wind favored, the nasty sulfur smell always sent them back inside their house.
