There are people complaining all over Facebook. I'm still waiting in mine to be shipped yet this is still being advertised. I will be calling to speak to a manager if I am not offered a refund or offered for it to be shipped today. Quit advertising orders that you cannot fulfill!

After getting sick of dealing with the robots, I finally called in and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes. That was on 4/12. I should have done it earlier, but I hate waiting on hold. I have a whole other trail of emails that is almost identical as this one with Racael, Catherine, and Steph from the 2 weeks prior. My guess is that they are definitely robo-emails.
