Sooooo, despite the fact that I've cancelled my order and received the refund...the package has been sent. I emailed them yesterday to let them know that their shipping department sent me an email on 4/15 that was dated for 4/1 letting me know that the package had shipped. I got this reply:
Dear Valued Customer,

We just wanted to reach out to apologize for the delay in shipping your tank tops order. Your order has now been shipped and is on it's way over to you. This is certainly not the norm, we strive to ship all orders out within 3-5 business days but due to the overwhelming number of sales for this particular item, there was a longer then normal delay.

Thank you for your patience, and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I replied telling them that I had received the refund and if they choose to ship it that I will not pay for shipping, nor will I pay to ship it back to them. They did not reply, but I woke up to an email from FedEx telling me that it is on it's way.

Should I contact a manager and asking for a prepaid shipping label or do I just keep the tanks and consider it payment for my aggravation? :lmao:
