Our usual 8-9 hour trip to MASS took us 13 because we left late and hit rush hour through NYC. Never again!

When I would drive there, I'd take the long way around through Pennsylvania - up towards Scranton and then eastward to Connecticut.
Longer distance, no tolls and very little traffic.

Wow Fitchburg Mass., haven't seen that name in a long time. Stayed in Leomisnetr Mass. for 3 weeks, and lived in Westminster Mass for about 18 months.

We go to mid-state, just under the NH border and stay in the mountains. We always go there for my lobster dinner for uber cheap.
