I'll check Google Maps for coordinates. Rt. 235 runs north and south, with the Patuxent River being to the east, and the sun setting in the west was the driver of the PT Cruiser facing the glare of the setting sun at 4 P.M.?
No.

On the Bay Net website there are pictures of the aftermath. Looks to me that the sun was in her eyes. The old, white house pictured is to your right as you pull out from Sandgates Rd. is bathed in late afternoon setting sunshine. Also check the direction and placement of the shadows on the pavement. Never mnd Google Maps.

What is the bottom line point to all of your posts ???.
Do you think that mean Mr. Sun caused the accident.
Not !!!!
Again, if the sun is preventing you from seeing traffic clearly,
you should not pull out until you are absolutely sure that the
coast is clear.

If you don't care about the truth, why do you keep asking? Look at a map.

In all of the pictures the shadows are short. There is no excuse, give it up.

Considering that the sun didn't set until 6:44 PM I doubt if it would have had any impact at 4:00 PM. It should have been fairly high in the sky and perpendicular to the movement of the car traveling up 235.
