In 6 days, I'll be 17 miles north of Venezuela. I know there are some here that have issues with Aruba, but dammit, I 'll be in Aruba in 6 days. Woo Hoo! Sorry , I like it there. I highly recommend it. I'll even try to post when I'm there.:buddies:

I tried posting some pics from previous trips but the files are too big. Is there any way around this?
BTW the Bugaloe at the end of the DePalm Pier would be an awesome setting for a Friday meet and greet.

Have fun. I spent a few days on Curacao, the "C" to Aruba's "A" of the A-B-C islands. There was an Amstel brewery on the island and a really great whore house call "the compound"

resize the file.

Be sure to rename before you save (save as) so you don't screw up your original file

This will be my 8th trip and my son's 5th. He has such a blast there. I taught him to snorkel while there. Last year we snorkeled with 3 sea turtles within an hour. It"s very rare to see one. As an added bonus, at our timeshare resort, my son ran into an actor a few years ago from a show he used to watch. He and his family are there every year on our week. He played on Hannah Montana.

Either resize the files or open a photobucket.com account and post the img code from photobucket in the photography forum. This will eliminate having to look at tiny thumbnails and file size limits.

Does photobucket operate the same as snapfish? I have a snapfish account.

Aruba 2012 week 27

Just got back Saturday from another incredible week in Aruba. It was in the 100's when we left BWI and it was 85 and breezy when we arrived in Aruba. Met up with old friends that we see every year during week 27 and met some new ones. The biggest dilemma every day was choosing between the beach or the pool. Played a lot of volleyball on the beach, went windsurfing and went snorkeling. Postcard sunsets every night on the balcony with a Mai Tai, then out to dinner. We find in cheaper to go here than to go to Orlando. I highly recommend this place for an attitude adjustment.

The iguanas down there run around like squirrels here. After the first day you kind of get used to them just like the breeze and the topless ladies at the European resort next to ours.

Had the same thing in Pago Pago. Even in the Hotel rooms you could see the lizards run across the ceiling.
