What's the specific fear? I don't think they can actually make any changes to SSA without going through Congress, right? It's not like he can open it up to illegals? I would be more worried if he could touch medicare, but it's under a separate organization. Maybe he could open SSI/SSDI to more people who never paid-in, further diluting the pool for deserving participants?
