That part was the PITA. I ended up using thin rope and poked holes through the front and back, so the cardboard rested on his shoulders.

Thanks, I come up with all kinds of ideas but actually putting them together I can't do especially because I can't sew.

You don't really have to sew. You can buy overalls for Little Boy Blue, or just find creative ways to work around sewing.

I don't think I have ever wore overalls. I don't recall seeing them in any stores.

How old is your son? You can get them here. They're on sale for $5.
I will have to look in the store to see if they have them, I was a bad mommy and forgot. They don't have to do it but I think it would be neat if he does. We just thought of Jack be Nimble but do you know what he wore? I can't remember.

The carry them everywhere. Jacob is wearing 5T and I've found them all over the place. He looks so cute in bibs.
