The Messiah just made a deal with the Devil; all for the sake of legacy. When looking back years from now, I don't think Obama will have the great legacy he thinks he will have.

Why must everyone do your homework for you? If you want to comment, it's on you to come to the class prepared.

I've read it and I believe that it will have no impact on Iran's nuclear program ambitions and just help to fund more clandestine operations.

I won't speak for This_person, but as for me... Yes, I have. I've also read relevant portions of Iran's (IAEA) Safeguards Agreement and the IAEA's model Additional Protocol. If you have a link to an Iran-specific Additional Protocol I'd appreciate a pointer.

That said, do you want to discuss the agreed upon procedures for when the IAEA has concerns about undeclared nuclear materials or activities at undeclared locations?

I've read it too and i dont see any duping. I see a treaty. plain and simple. Not a perfect one, but one that allows for inspections that dont happen now and for control over the waste from their commercial reactors, again something that wont happen without a treaty.

So... do you understand the agreed upon procedures for when the IAEA has concerns about undeclared nuclear materials or activity at undeclared locations? And if so, do you think they make for a good deal from the standpoint of those intent on preventing Iran from getting its own nuclear weapons (assuming you think that intent is itself a legitimate or otherwise good one)?
