What's with you tofu h8rz? It doesn't even taste like anything, it absorbs the flavor of whatever you season/cook it with. And if you like scrambled eggs, the consistency shouldn't bother you either.

Hot and sour soup is my all time favorite.

I have never tried it. Wouldn't mind trying the fried version sometime.
