Great Mills Road you can get a good deal on a Bluejob..BS Gal said:Can you get the Bluejob locally or do I have to get it on-line?

Call some of the local shops. If they don't have "Bluejob", they might have "Blue Away" or some other product for cleaning chrome exhaust pipes.BS Gal said:Can you get the Bluejob locally or do I have to get it on-line?
Thank you, Aps. It's a stain. I'll try the oven cleaner and if that doesn't work, I'll try the Blue Away or Bluejob.aps45819 said:Call some of the local shops. If they don't have "Bluejob", they might have "Blue Away" or some other product for cleaning chrome exhaust pipes.
If it's a stain and not blueing, next time you come home from a ride, hit it with a shot of oven cleaner while the pipe is hot.
Rode in a Christmas parade once and had tinsel strung all over the bike. That crap melted on the pipes and the oven cleaner took it right off.

We should not encourage him to behave badly. I'm totally offended. You know us bike riders are kind of like the horsey people in that regard.Lugnut said:He sure wasn't. But I got to admit, that was FUNNY.
I've seen bluejob polish at one of the car parts stores. But can't remember which one (not autozone or advanced auto I avoid those two unless absolutely necessary)
That's what I figured since you have a Honda with stock pipes. Just about ANY chrome/metal polish will work on a small stain. A chrome specific polish will require a little more elbow grease since it's usually a finer abrasive than generic "metal" polish.BS Gal said:Thank you, Aps. It's a stain. Call Autozone.. ask for Mike Hunt.. Tell them you are in need of BlueJob.BS Gal said:You are NOT being helpful.......![]()
