The reason is once you vote they no longer need to worry about you. They can at that point focus on the knuckleheads that might not make it to the polls.I was listening to Dan Bongino on the way to lunch and he was quite emphatic that we should all vote early and in person, so that's what I'm going to do. There was some reason why Republicans should do this but I stopped paying attention and started thinking about where my early voting place was. Turns out it's right up the street from me.
I hope he's going to be ok!

Good to hear. With every surgery I had, they always said a clot was possible as a result of surgery, especially on the back.
Hip replace was May, back Sept last year. We thought we were in the clear.
It sounds as though he will make a full recovery. My ex dies of a clot.
