Plus, we could relocate Taco Hell's headquarters to somewhere in the State of Mexico, fire all the people that have been in charge of the ingredients and the menu for all these years and replace them with local Mexicans, and get some REAL Mexican food going in the fast-food business!

The best Mexican food I've ever had was in a tiny railroad-car diner in some Godforsaken truck-stop town in Wyoming. The food was excellent and the service was good, which I believe is what matters.

I've noticed some of the credit/debit card machines at the grocery stores have quit asking if you habla espanol.

To prevent Eleanor Holmes-Norton from making it a 51st State. If that happened the Democrats would get two more Senators and one more Representative. If Maryland gets it back (based on the Virginia take-back in the 1800's) all the Democrats get is one more Representative.

Don't tell my you don't recognize that the District of Columbia (being almost 80% Democrat) doesn't want to become a State solely to give the Senate back to the Democrat party.

I'm actually against the death penalty. It's not because I think it's cruel and unusual. I just hate it when I hear news of people who were innocent spending years in prison, some on death role are discovered to be innocent after new evidence comes up. Sometimes the new evidence or new technology is discovered too late.

Canada has Oil...

*ALBERTA* has oil ---- oil sands. They're being sucked dry with all that oil wealth by the liberal government in Ottawa. There's probably more likelihood that Alberta will secede from Canada than Quebec.

For the Republicans an even worse case may be DC given to FL. Florida voted Republican but it's not overwhelmingly Republican like TX. Imagine FL as a blue state?
