Government's already told us Medicare and Social Security won't be around 40 years from now. You're a classic socialist. You're okay with it because you paid into it and will get it, but you don't care if others don't get the chance to pay into it.

You're already paying for the illegal immigrants' healthcare as well as the healthcare for some crackhead somewhere in great mills. Why shouldn't we help small businesses that can't afford it?

You righties have already said it should be up to the businesses to provide healthcare. Owe'Malley's just giving them the opportunitty to afford it.
Owe'Malley is just requiring me to pay a small business to give health care regardless of my relationship to that business.
its theft.

you think my insurance cost is going to go down with his new plan? or am I going to pay more to cover the freeloaders?

Wrong. It's aimed at reducing the healthcare costs for small businesses.

Show me where it's "GIVING" healthcare to anyone. I'm sure the very same people who are going to reap the benefits of this are also paying into it. In fact, I know my Stepdad (who is a small-business owner) is paying into it.:duh:

I'm not for free healthcare, but I am for reducing the cost of healthcare, and if there are government initiatives towards that - tax breaks for businesses that provide healthcare and tax breaks for healthcare agencies to help offset costs among other things - I'm for them. It's better than all around Universal Healthcare.

You do realize that the advent of Health Insurance is the main cause for medical care cost increase right?

This program does not "reduce" the cost of healthcare, it only reassigns the cost to other people.
