Don't a bunch of Hispanics run a roofing business out of that house? There used to be trucks, vans, and Mexicans all over that lot when I drove down 5 to Webster Field. They completely renovated that place. It was really run down at one time.

Thought it was a new build. Believe an asian couple lived there.
