On View Arrests:
Assault- On September 12, 2021, Dep. Rycyzyn responded to the 46500 block of Valley Court in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Keith Xavier Hagens, age 29 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim to the ground and dragging the victim by the neck, through the residence. Hagens was arrested and charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree. (No Photograph Available)
Assault/Property Destruction- On September 13, 2021, Dep. Mattera responded to the 22100 block of Clipper Drive in Great Mills, for the reported property destruction. Investigation determined Cedric Mellam Long Jr., age 28 of Lexington Park, struck the victim in the face, causing visible injury and later retrieved a brick and shattered the windshield to the victim's vehicle. Long was located, arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property.

Assault- On September 16, 2021, Dep. Schell responded to the 22100 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Leonardtown, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Jack Lee Hicks, age 53 of Leonardtown, assaulted the victim by grabbing the victim's neck. Two additional victims intervened to stop the assault at which time Hicks assaulted them during a struggle. Visible injury was observed and Hicks was arrested and charged with three counts of Assault 2nd Degree.

Violation of Protective Order- On September 17, 2021, Cpl. Pesante responded to the St. Mary's County Detention Center in Leonardtown, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Jack Lee Hicks, age 53 of Leonardtown, called the victim repeatedly in violation of a valid court order. Hicks was charged with Violation of Protective Order.

Assault- On September 17, 2021, Dep. Dixon responded to the 46000 block of Radford Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Spencer Lee Brown, age 27 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face, causing visible injury. Brown was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Assault- On September 18, 2021, Cpl. Hartzell responded to the 24600 block of Morgan Road in Hollywood, for the reported dispute. The victim advised John Edward Miller Jr., age 57 of Hollywood, strangled the victim to the point the victim could not breathe, and pushed the victim causing the victim's head to strike the ground. Visible injury was observed and Miller was arrested and charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree.

Assault- On September 18, 2021, Dep. C. Hill responded to the 48000 block of Compass Circle in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Marlon Dewayne Stewart, age 44 of Lexington Park, grabbed the victim by the throat and struck the victim in the face, causing visible injury. Stewart was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Assault- On September 19, 2021, DFC. Hersh responded to the 28100 block of Old Village Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported assault. Investigation determined David Allen Pasqualle, age 51 of Mechanicsville, threw the victim down a set of stairs and retrieved a baseball bat and struck the victim in the face with the bat, and kicked the victim. The victim sustained visible injury and Pasqualle was arrested and charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree.
