Throwing the deuces
Anyone else order flowers for Mother's Day from either 1-800 Flowers or FTD Flowers and get calls saying there were issues with the order and requesting you make another order? It happened to both me and my mom. My mom got a call from FTD Flowers inquiring about her order but they gave a different order number and wanted her credit card number to confirm the order. Thankfully my Mom didn't fall for it and hung up. They called her several times about it. Mine from 1-800 Flowers was a little different. They called to say that the florist refused my order and said they could provide a replacement. They kept saying New York and I had to keep telling them that I didn't order anything going to NY. They put me on hold and then came back talking about NY again! I finally hung up and they never called back. I checked my bank statement online and I was charged correctly so hopefully my MIL gets her flowers tomorrow with no issues.
