good question.. I THINK SmuMug you can.. at least you can set galleries to private so nobody can view them..

I know I remember other photo sharing sites had that in the rules.. NO nudes, porno.. etc.. etc.. I don't remember reading that in the rules for Smug..

There are nudies on Flickr, but they're supposed to be "artistic". I think if it's in black and white you're set.
